Current Affairs House, at 645 S. Main St., will host a documentary film series concerning issues starting on Wednesday, Nov. 9.
The first film, starting at 8 p.m., will be “China's Lost Girls,” which explores that nation's one-child policy.
Other titles in the series will be “Promises,” examining the Israeli-Palestine conflict; and “Hotel Rwanda” which concerns the Rwandan genocide.
Current Affairs House is a sponsor of the President's Radio Series and aims to promote student discussion and awareness of global topics campus wide.
Discussion of the films and their impact on global events as well as domestic policy and student's lives will follow each week's screenings. All students, faculty and staff are invited.
