This year's Famous Women's Dinner, sponsored by the William Smith Dean’s Office, will begin at 5:15 p.m. Friday, March 31 in the Comstock Living Room.
Those who attend will have a chance to meet some of the women — past and present — responsible for improving the lives of women and many of our global communities.
Admission is free but tickets are required by e-mailing Kit Fallon at Fallon@hws.edu. Ticket holders will be seated first for dinner, which will be served in the Comstock Dining Room.
This dinner, which culminates the annual celebration of Women’s History Month, features William Smith students dressed in costume and appearing in character as famous women from throughout history. During the dinner, each gives a brief dramatic introduction to her character.
Past visitors have included Cleopatra, Eva Peron, Queen Elizabeth I, Sojourner Truth and many more.
