Hillel will focus on the Holocaust in the 1930s as part of the “Decades: Looking Back to Move Forward program.”
Lester Friedman of the Media and Society Department will speak at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17 in the library's Sanford Room, followed by a screening of “The Believer,” a serious and disturbing film that looks at issues of self-hate and the modern incarnation of Nazism.
Friedman will introduce the film and lead a discussion afterward. A different movie title was included in some earlier announcements.
Event sponsored by Sankofa: the Black Student Union, and Hillel.
