The company used by the Colleges for the support portal on the Colleges' Web site, Cyracle, recently announced the use of their “24/7 Campus Support Portal” by various colleges and universities, including Hobart and William Smith. In the announcement (and on their customer testimonials Web page) they quoted Stan Skrabut, Colleges webmaster. Skrabut said, “Cyracle has been a great solution for Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
