Drennen analyzed climate change on public radio

Tom Drennen, associate professor of economics, was a guest on the Wisconsin Public Radio show, “At Issue with Ben Merens, on Tuesday, Jan. 23.

The show discussed the U.S. Climate Action Partnership’s recent release of recommendations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and then previewed the State of the Union Address talking about what President Bush may propose in regard to climate change.

Drennen is an expert on energy use and climate change and is the author of “Pathways to a Hydrogen Future, to be published by Elsevier Press in spring 2007.

Merens has been a talk show host and producer at Wisconsin Public Radio since October of 1991.
