President’s Radio Show

The next President’s Radio Show, “The 2008 Presidential Race: The Face of a Changing America,” will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 20 in the library’s Sanford Room. The program will be broadcast starting at 7 p.m. on WEOS-FM.

President and moderator Mark Gearan’s call-in guest will be Susan Page, Washington Bureau chief for USA Today, where she writes about the White House and national politics.

She appears each week on “Eye on Washington,” a public-affairs show syndicated on PBS, and often guest-hosts The Diane Rehm Show, a public-affairs call-in program syndicated on 70 NPR stations. She regularly appears on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and other broadcast outlets.

Student panelists will be members of the College Democrats, College Republicans, Progressive Student Union, Current Affairs House and Professor Iva Deutchman of the political science department.

Page’s most recent coverage of the 2008 Presidential race is available for viewing online.
