The film introducing Campaign for the Colleges recently received a gold medal from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education competition.
The award was one of two golds presented in the “Electronic Media: Fundraising Features” category, which received 41 entries.
The film made its debut at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the New York City launch event in September 2006 that drew 450 alumni, alumnae, parents and friends. It has subsequently been screened at numerous launche and update events, including the November 2006 on-campus campaign celebration, and most recently at the 2007 Reunion Weekend President's Breakfast in Bristol Gym.
Campaign for the Colleges seeks to raise $160 million. As of June 1, $107 million had been pledged or received.
