Celebrate St. Patrick's Day by joining in for an afternoon of music and dance. A Celtic Celebration Concert will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, at the Smith Opera House, to benefit Ontario-Yates Hospice. This annual concert will feature Feadan Or (prize-winning Scottish pipe band), the Drumcliffe School of Irish Dance (champion Irish stepdancers), Kindred (popular Irish duo Dave & Felicia Meyer), Laurie Hart (Irish fiddler), Roxanne Ziegler (Celtic harp), and Mitzie Collins (hammered dulcimer). The concert ends at approximately 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 for students and seniors (65 & older), $12 for adults until March 13. All tickets after March 13 are $14. Tickets may be purchased in Geneva at The Smith Opera House or Area Records, in Penn Yan at Long's Cards & Books, in Canandaigua at The Medicine Shoppe, or by calling 1-800-253-4439, ext. 4009.
