Join the staff of the Seneca Museum of Waterways and Industry for a four-hour cruise on the Liberty, captained by Todd DeVinney Liberty Boat Tours, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. The cost is $20 per person; reservations are required. Following the Cayuga-Seneca Canal from Seneca Falls to Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, and back again, the tour will include observation of local bird life and discussion of canal history. Highlighting the tour will be passage through three canal locks (CS 1, 2 and 3) and extended birdwatching at the Montezuma Refuge. Participants should bring their own binoculars. Coffee will be provided; please feel free to bring a bag lunch. Meet at the Liberty boat launch, corner of Water and Cowing Streets, Seneca Falls.
