Jodi Simons will teach kids the benefits of Yoga, July 28 to August 1. This ancient Chinese discipline is a workout with meditative relaxation elements. Bring healthy snacks and water, wear loose comfortable clothing. The morning session runs from 9 a.m. to noon and is for ages 5 – 8. Kids ages 9 – 14 will meet from 1 – 4 p.m. Tuition for the five days is $90 for members and $100 for non-members. Deadline to register is July 18.
