Kevin Dunn, assistant professor of political science, had his op-ed titled “'War against evil' needs clearer definition, sense of purpose” published in the Wednesday, Feb. 27, Syracuse Post Standard. In the article, Dunn says “As members of the American public, we should be seriously questioning what this new American struggle exactly entails. As it is currently being pursued by the Bush administration, it is a vaguely defined, open-ended war against evil (however the administration chooses to self-righteously define the term at any given moment) in an over-simplified, bifurcated
world vision of us-vs.-them.”
