The Syracuse Stage presents the quintessential Irish comedy “Stones in His Pockets” by Marie Jones. This recent Broadway hit had a long run in London's West End before moving to New York City. Winner of the 2001 Olivier Award for best comedy in London, “Stones in His Pockets” is a hilarious look at the effect big budget Hollywood has on a rural town in Ireland. When a film crew descends on this small town the audience experiences big budget filmmaking through the eyes of local “extras.” “Stones in His Pockets” will be performed Feb. 11-29.
