The annual Friends of the Geneva Free Library winter book sale will start at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, and run through Sunday, March 7. The sale will be held in the community room at the library, which is located at the corner of North Main and Castle Streets in Geneva, New York.
A large selection of paperback and hardcover books will be available. On Thursday night only, most books will be $2. On Friday and Saturday, most books will be $1. On Sunday, all remaining books will be $1 per bag. Proceeds from the sale will be used to benefit the library.
Hours for the book sale are Thursday, 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. For more information about the book sale, call the library at 789-5303.
