Evening Concert to Benefit Hospeace House

The first annual Outdoor Nighttime Concert to benefit Hospeace House will be held on Friday, Aug. 20, at the Naples Valley Arts & Crafts Village, Main Street, Naples. Gates open at 4 p.m.; the show runs from 5 – 11 p.m.

This “music under the stars” event will feature Bill Schlegel, Naples solo artist, from 5 – 6 p.m.; Me & The Boyz, Rochester's premier party band, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.; the alternative rock of Simple Life, from 8 – 9 p.m., and Nashville recording artist Ciara Lynn from 9:30 – 10:50 p.m. Raffle tickets will also be available for a like-new child's Model-T car, and a golf cart, with proceeds from the raffle going to Hospeace House.

No coolers or food allowed on premises. Gonzo's Tiki Bar and the food court will be open; beer and wine available for purchase. Bring chairs or blankets. Tickets, $10 per person, can be purchased at the Naples Valley Arts & Crafts Village, Luigi's Restaurant (Naples), or by calling 374-2070. Space is limited; purchase tickets in advance or take a chance at the door. If concert is canceled due to inclement weather, pre-purchased tickets will be fully refunded.

All proceeds from the concert will benefit Hospeace House, a four-bed, N.Y. state certified hospice home located in Naples, which provides medical, physical and emotional care to those facing a terminal illness.
