South Bristol Cultural Center to Host a Community Barn Sale

Bring treasures ready to sell and help raise money for South Bristol Cultural Center (SBCC). For a small fee, set up and sell the treasures. SBCC will do all of the advertising and arrange for a pick-up of any leftover items. Tax receipts will be available as proof of donation. A request of 10 percent of the proceeds of each participant's sale is requested to be donated to SBCC.

This is a rain or shine event on Saturday, May 14. Bring tents, tarps, and tables since there is plenty of lawn. Refreshments and restrooms will be available. Set-up is from 8 to 10 a.m., the sale will be from 10 to 3 p.m., and clean-up will begin at 3 p.m.

Donations of saleable items are most graciously accepted; however no clothing, please. All donations must be received by Thursday, May 5. Drop off items during SBCC hours or call 396-5950 for a pick-up.

Limited inside space will require a $40 deposit and unlimited outside space is a $25 fee to help pay for advertising. To secure a space send a non-refundable check to SBCC at the address listed below.

Please include name, address and phone numbers – day and evening.
