NAPLES — The fourth annual Hospeace House “From Trash to Treasures” Yard Sale will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 29 and 30 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 31 at the Memorial Town Hall on Main Street.
The sale traditionally includes clean, good appliances, antiques, household items, sports equipment, books, linens, old and new tools, lawn equipment and more.
Everything becomes half price at noon on Sunday, except those items where bidding will take place.
Featured items this year include a 15-foot fiberglass boat, 40-HP Evenrude motor and a trailer, which organizers will accept bids on.
Also up for bid is an antique parlor table, dating from the late 1800s and restored by William Kramp of Naples.
Bids will be taken until 1 p.m. Sunday, when the high bidder (who must be present) will be announced.
Also being sold are more than 60 handbells of every size, shape and ring-tone, from the estate of Katy Abraham; and several neckties from the collection of her husband, Doc.
Sodas and hotdogs will be offered for sale and rest rooms will be provided. Cash and checks accepted.
Hospeace House, on County Road 33 in Naples, is a facility where the professional and clinical staff of Ontario-Yates Hospice provide 24-hour nursing care for those facing terminal illnesses.
