‘Forever Plaid’ back in Phelps

The Geneva Theatre Guild’s award-winning musical, “Forever Plaid,” will return for two encore performances, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 16 and 17, at the Phelps Community Center.

The Guild’s production played to sold-out audiences at the Belhurst Castle in March.

Reprising their roles will be Charles King of Geneva as Smudge and R.J. Rapoza, also of Geneva, as Frankie. Completing the cast will be Todd Horton of Romulus, as Sparky; and Randy Hample of Phelps, as Jinx.

This production is directed and choreographed by Pam Rapoza, who received an Excellence in Directing Award for the production. Music Director is Annie Bachman of Romulus, with Oscar Yuan of Waterloo, on bass.

“Forever Plaid” will be presented as a benefit for the Phelps Community Center. A buffet Italian dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., before each performance.

Tickets are $25 each and are available in Geneva at Area Records, Don’s Own Flowers and the UPS Store; and at the Phelps Community Center on
Banta Street in Phelps. Tickets may also be purchased on line at www.gtglive.org.
