WATERLOO — Three area chambers of commerce have jointly scheduled a tax workshop for small business owners in November.
The instructor, Suzanne Reusch of the state Department of Taxation and Finance, is an interesting speaker who comes to educate, not to penalize. The session is sponsored by the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce, the Cayuga County Cooperative Extension, the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce, the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce, and hosted by the Seneca County Microenterprise Program.
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, the session will continue until 10:30 a.m., with additional time for questions if needed, in the Heroes of 9/11 Conference Room of the Seneca County Office Building on DiPronio Drive.
Fee is $15 in advance ($10 for Chamber members), including coffee, pastry, and handouts. Make checks payable to Seneca County Treasurer and mail to Chris Brown, Workforce Development, 1 DiPronio Drive, Waterloo 13165.
