There are many different types of interviews, and it is important to prepare beforehand. Behavioral questions are commonly asked as well technical questions depending on the field, and case study questions. It is also important to prepare for the different ways in which interviews take place such as telephone, skype, digital, and in person.
During an interview, the employer has the opportunity to learn more about you, your background, skills, qualifications, and if you will be a good fit for the organization. This is also your opportunity to learn more about the position, organization, and employees.
