Dear Faculty and Staff with teaching responsibilities,

We just learned via CICU that this morning the State has added “in-person college instructors” to the list of populations eligible to be vaccinated beginning today. CICU reports that faculty teaching in person should complete this screening form. Note that the form includes a number of questions about employment and college instructor is not currently listed but according to the Governor’s Office will be added imminently. We recommend waiting a few hours for the form to be updated before filling it out.

CICU reports that they are continuing to press for other campus populations to be included.

As always, we will let you know as soon as we do of any updates or changes to the State’s policies.

Sincerely,

Mary Coffey
Provost and Dean of Faculty

Robb Flowers
Vice President for Campus Life
