The Salisbury Center for Career, Professional and Experiential Education will host Erica McLaughlin ’16, who returns to campus as part of the Professionals in Residence speaker series, discussing how sales, marketing and technology intersect in her new post.
McLaughlin, a sales development representative with the Cambridge, Mass.-based marketing tech company HubSpot, will deliver her PIR talk in Trinity Hall, Room 305 at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17. She will also meet with students in one-on-one appointments on Friday, Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

McLaughlin first became aware of HubSpot during the summer of 2015, when she served as a marketing intern at The MBA Tour, a third-party event planning company focused on matching prospective MBA students with business school admissions representatives. She accepted an offer for her current position at HubSpot prior to graduation.
At HWS, McLaughlin majored in sociology and was a member of Three Miles Lost, a sociology Teaching Fellow and a tour guide at the Office of Admissions.
