Global leadership development and training company Fierce, Inc., founded by Susan Scott ’67, is offering a free mini-course that will teach you how to have essential conversations that enrich and strengthen your relationships with family, friends — and even yourself.
“Fierce Conversations for Social Distancing” includes downloadable templates to guide you through the practice of engaging in the company’s trademark Fierce Conversations, as well as three videos from company leaders: Scott, who serves as CEO of the organization, discussing living alone during the COVID-19 shutdown; Senior Vice President of Learning Ronna Detrick on living with her adult children; and President Stacey Engle on how isolation is affecting her marriage.
While Scott and her team typically work with business leaders and organizations to develop effective communication strategies, the mini-course focuses on personal conversations. It can be completed in under 30 minutes.
