Bringing his winning idea for the Stu Lieblein ’90 Pitch Contest to life, Sam Solomon ’17 is supporting local agriculture with his gourmet farm-to-table food truck, Pizza Posto. The sustainable eatery, a favorite throughout the region, is partnering with Spotted Duck Creamery each Tuesday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. this September.
“Our food philosophies are both built upon supporting local farms through the use of organic ingredients and ethical practices,” says Solomon, who launched Pizza Posto earlier this year and supports at least one local farm with the ingredients on every pizza made.
The Hobart alum also returns to campus for Homecoming and Family Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 29 for lunch.
