14 January 2016 Hatch in End of the Rainbow

End of the Rainbow, featuring Assistant Professor of Theatre Chris Hatch, opens this month at the Kavinoky Theatre, a professional theatre on the campus of DYouville College in Buffalo, N.Y.

Written byPeter Quilter and directed by Lisa Ludwig, End of the Rainbow is set in London in 1968, as Judy Garlandprepares for a five-week run at a nightclub, accompanied by her younger fiance/manager Mickey Deans, played by Hatch.

The show, which stars Natasha DrenaasGarlandalong with Hatch, Greg Gjurich and David Lundy, is now open and will run through Sunday, Jan. 31. More information is available at the Kavinoky Theatre.

Hatch joined the HWS faculty in 2010. A member of Actors Equity Association,he has extensive stage experience, acting in professional productions with companies such as the Utah Shakespearean Festival, the Indiana Repertory Theatre, Kansas City Lyric Opera and more.He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and his M.F.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
