Christie's Education, a division of Christie's Auction House, has campuses in London, New York and Hong Kong.
- Students rehearse in Bartlett Theatre for the Fall production of Good Kids, a new work by award-winning playwright Naomi Iizuka who wrote the play to feature strong roles for women as a way to address gender inequity in theatre.
- Luis Figueroa '18, playing the role of Ty, and fellow cast members rehearse for Good Kids. Directed by Assistant Professor of Theatre Chris Woodworth, the show which examines a sexual encounter gone wrong and its public aftermath - will run in Bartlett Theatre on Oct. 22 - 24 at 7:30 p.m.
- Contractors continue to add the slate roof to the Performing Arts Center, which is scheduled to open in January.
- Joe Bochynski 08 installs his works in the Davis Gallery in preparation of his show titled Everybody is Everybody. The opening reception and gallery talk will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, and the installation will remain on display until Nov. 13.
- Superintendent of the Geneva City School District Trina Newton welcomes students from Geneva High School to the HWS campus during the ninth-grade visit on Tuesday. Part of the Geneva 2020 program, the visit provided an informative look at college life.

- Students walk past the statue of Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell, which was created by Professor of Art and Architecture Ted Aub in 1994. Blackwell graduated from Hobart Colleges precursor, Geneva Medical College, in 1847 and became the first woman to receive a medical degree in the United States.
