February 14, 2022

Good Morning,

As of this morning, we currently have no students in quarantine or isolation.  As we announced last week, we are relaxing the masking guidelines but are still providing faculty with the ability to determine whether masks are required in their classes. Although this is a big step toward a new normal, we will continue to monitor our campus and community’s well-being.

As a reminder, students who are not fully vaccinated (inclusive of a booster if eligible) are required to be tested weekly and remain masked while indoors. The COVID-19 Resource and Testing Center is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Finally, thank you to those individuals who reported information regarding the theft of the Colleges’ Bicentennial banners. These banners were installed to celebrate our community and history, and it’s unfortunate that some individuals have chosen to remove them for their own personal use. We will continue to investigate the theft but encourage anyone who may happen to find a banner to turn it in to Campus Safety’s lost and found.

Sincerely,

Sarah Kirk
Provost and Dean of Faculty
