- Vernon Lawson ‘16 and Ryan Davison ’17 research new methods for peptide and protein synthesis, which help develop anticancer drugs. Lawson and Davison are working with Associate Professor of Chemistry Justin Miller this summer.
- Frank Oplinger '18 works on this year's HWS RockSat-C project, which will become payload on a NASA rocket launching this June. The year-long project aims to detect changes in subatomic particles as the rocket passes through the Earth's atmosphere.

This year’s sale raised $10,808 for the Geneva 2020 Education Foundation and diverted more than 9.2 tons of materials from landfills. Since 2006, the Barn Sale has raised more than $67,000 for the Geneva community.

- Hobart’s second varsity eight practices on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal ahead of the IRA National Championships in West Windsor, N.J. The 2V closed out its regular season with a gold medal at the NIRC Regatta in Worcester, Mass., earlier this month.
