- Michael Walzer, professor emeritus for the Institute of Advanced Study at Princeton University, gives a talk Arguing About Immigration. Walzer’s visit was part of the Foster P. Boswell Distinguished Lecturer in Philosophy Series, which this year was presented in honor of Professor of Philosophy Steven Lee (seated left). Lee is retiring following a nearly 40-year tenure at the Colleges.

- America Reads tutors listen as Matthew Adams ’89 tells the story of how he and Joshua Hertel ’89 created the Geneva Reading and Writing Workshops in 1988 with the help of Professor of Public Policy Craig Rimmerman and Professor of Education Charles Temple. The program is now known as America Reads, and is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

Cohen '67 met up with Hobart Head Basketball Coach Tim Sweeney and Assistant Coaches Sean Smiley and Stefan Thompson '13 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn., for the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Final Four. Cohen was a member of the basketball team in his time at HWS and is an avid supporter of the Statesmen.
