Airport Shuttle Requests
Registered attendees of Reunion can arrange shuttle services to and from the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport. The fee for the shuttle is $70 per person round trip or $40 per person for one-way. Please note the following shuttle service hours when planning your flights, as shuttles will only operate during these times.
Airport Shuttle Service Hours
Thursday, June 6: Airport Pick-Up: 5:30 p.m.
Friday, June 7: Airport Pick-Up: Noon
Saturday, June 8: No shuttles available
Sunday, June 9: Depart from campus: Noon
To secure your seat on a scheduled shuttle, please fill out the form HERE. Reservation requests, flight details, and payments must be submitted by Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
