REUNION 2022, June 3 - 5

Chevanne DeVaney ’95, P’21, P’23

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to go viral, many of us balked at the idea of participating in a virtual reunion. I have to admit that even I was a bit leery. After all, we were planning two full days of virtual programming along with an in-person graduation for the Classes of 2020. But we were determined to give it our best shot. There were a few glitches along the way, but you stuck with us. Thank you!

For those of you who joined us, I hope you were able to learn something new and interesting, get insight on some of the scholarship our faculty are working on, and most importantly – I hope that you were able to connect with your classmates. If you were unable to join us, we’ve curated the recordings of the sessions so that you can access them at your convenience.

I am privileged to share with you this year's Hobart Alumni Association and the William Smith Alumnae Association Reunion honorees. We are grateful to the alums recognized within for their immeasurable dedication to the Colleges.

I would also like to recognize the first, second and third place finishers, respectively, of our first ever Virtual Reunion WiNE-K: Watson Galleher '79 of Denver, Colo., Melissa Lombard '95 of Antrim, N.H. and Robert McNamara '15 of Lexington, Mass. Thank you for joining in the fun and for completing the 88.2 mile challenge.

Our next Reunion Weekend will be held on June 3-5, 2022. Hobart College will celebrate its 200th anniversary, so save the date as we are looking forward to hosting you on campus.

Best,
