Tabatha Spinner

Tabatha is responsible for strategic oversight of the Colleges total compensation plans, HR policies, employee relations, recruitment and selection programs for administrative staff, payroll processes, employment tax and other regulatory employment compliance practices.
Brian Shaffer
Payroll Manager

Brian is responsible for payroll processing for all faculty, staff and student workers, payroll taxes, 1042-S and W2 forms. Brian enters all stipend requests, personal federal and state tax information and direct deposit set up. He also oversees Sprintax to ensure the successful taxation of Foreign Nationals.
Jaz Soto

Jaz partners with HR team members as well as departments across campus to identify opportunities for efficiencies, process improvement, and support implementation. Jaz also oversees student employment hiring, which includes but is not limited to posting of open student worker positions through the onboarding of student workers and is a trusted resource for student worker supervisors.
Jennifer Hughes

Jennifer is responsible for the onboarding of new hires including formal offer letters and background checks. She is also responsible for the formal separation process of staff and faculty members. Jen is the first point of contact for questions related to PARs, handles data management within PeopleSoft, Transamerica, and Employee Navigator. Jen also posts all open positions and provides general support to the HR team.
Morgan Dianetti

Morgan acts as the backup to our payroll manager for all staff, faculty, and student payroll questions. She facilitates new hire orientation, is responsible for leave administration (FMLA, PFL, STD & LTD), acts as the first point of contact for benefit related questions, including the tuition assistance programs, and supports the employee benefit plans administration with the management of the AVP of HR. She fulfills all Public Service Loan Forgiveness, employment verification requests, and provides general support to the HR team.
