Mental HealthResources

It’s Okay If You’re Not Okay.
Mental Health Resources Are Available.
As part of our commitment to holistic resources to assist with our community’s mental health, HWS has become a JED Campus, creating a community understanding of mental health needs and support services. You don’t have to be in crisis to talk with a confidential resource.
In case of emergency, call Campus Safety at 315-781-3000 or call/text 988 Lifeline (or visit www.988lifeline.org).
Other national resources include:

- Crisis Text Line (text “Hello” to 741741)
- Steve Fund Crisis Text Line (text “STEVE” to 74141; dedicated to supporting people of color)
- The Trevor Project (call 1-866-488-7386 or visit www.thetrevorproject.org for gender-affirming and queer-friendly support for LGBTQIA+ youth)
