Our clinical and support staff are committed to guide you with your journey of health and wellness during your years here at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. We offer many services including caring for any acute or chronic illnesses; to wellness and preventative care.
Mission Statement
The mission of health promotion at Hobart and William Smith Colleges is designed to advance the health of students and contribute to the creation of a healthy and socially adept campus community. The Hubbs Health Center strives to reduce the risk of individual illness and injury, enhance health as a strategy to support student learning and advocate for safety, social justice and human dignity. Health promotion and the academic mission of higher education are intertwined. Hubbs Health Center supports the academic mission of student learning by assisting students in leading healthier lives through wellness education, health maintenance and risk reduction behavior modification.

VaccinatioN
HWS community members needing to start or complete their Covid-19 vaccination sequence, including students, faculty, staff and Sodexo employees, are encouraged to visit the local Wegmans, Walgreens or Rite Aid pharmacies. The Office of Campus Life can assist students with travel.
TeleMedicine
The Hubbs Health Center now offers TeleMedicine for your care. Contact The Hubbs Health Center at 315-781-3600 to schedule a TeleMedicine appointment. During your phone screening, the staff will determine whether TeleMedicine is appropriate for your care. If so, you'll receive directions to access TeleMedicine from your smart device or web browser.
